How can you make a large addition blend seamlessly into the home?
Like many people who live near downtown Greenville, our clients had a vision for expanded space, but were already constrained on a tight lot. We worked to integrate a substantial addition, including a garage, upstairs apartment, mud/laundry room, and screen porch, that fit perfectly on the lot and blend seamlessly into the home.

Our clients near Augusta Street had grown to love their neighborhood, but small bedrooms, growing kids, and a choppy floor plan had them concerned about whether they could make this home their long-term fit. We added a primary suite, made minor tweaks to the existing bedrooms, and reimagined the kitchen and mudrooms to transform this home into the ideal place for our clients to grow and thrive.
